About Brodie Castle
Brodie Castle, managed by the National Trust for Scotland, was home to the Brodie clan for over 400 years and still feels like a lived-in family residence. Behind the pink-hued walls you'll find period rooms filled with antiques, paintings and curios, plus stories of clan politics and Jacobite intrigue. Outside, the wider estate is a real highlight: woodland trails, a large pond, and a play area make it a relaxed half-day stop for families. In spring, tens of thousands of daffodils carpet the grounds in colour. Its location between Inverness and Elgin makes it easy to pair with coastal villages on the Moray Firth.
